Incredibly delicious and well made sandwiches with chips to make a good combo. Had a turkey sandwich. Bread was perfect- thin and fluffy little crisp on the outside. Tuna to salad ratio perfect and just the amount of sauce in between. Loved it.

This place has become ridiculous with customer service. I ended up leaving after the snickering the sales rep and co-worker gave me a hard time on how I wanted to order sandwiches. They didn't only lose my service buy my friend as well. They were rude and very unprofessional. I will not be frequenting JJ any longer.
Previously It took them 1.5 hours to delivered my sandwich. I'm sorry but maybe you need to take freaky fast out of your commercial. -

Oh Jimmy John's. Shame on you for dropping from four stars in my eyes to two stars. We stopped to pick up our online pre-ordered sandwiches before a Cardinal ballgame. You hadn't even started making them when we got there. Thus, a little bit of a wait.
We unwrapped our sandwiches and started eating them. He had the Pepe, smoked ham and cheese. As usual, I had the Vito. An Italian sandwich with "real tasty Italian vinaigrette." What happened to your submarine bread? It was so good and far better than Subway, however this bread tasted just like Subway's bread. The amount of meat on the sandwiches was questionable. He couldn't even taste any of the meat on his. And where was my "real tasty Italian vinaigrette?" It was the driest sandwich I have ever eaten.
As we were walking to our car after the game, we passed a Subway. I found out I could have had their sandwich of the day for half the price of yours and I'm pretty sure it would have tasted a little better than yours.
Would I come back here? No, I think I'll go across the street to Pickles Deli or to Subway. -

Still the slowest Jimmy Johns. Bad service. Have given them multiple shots but have been let down every time.

It's been almost two hours since ordering and still no word. We tried calling them and they said the driver's cell phone died and that they were on their way. DO NOT EVER Get delivery from here.
